Yes, InCircle Review encompasses multiple disease states including neuropathies, myopathies, myasthenia gravis, immune deficiencies, and many other immune-mediated conditions. The process for each disease state is the same and requires no additional work on you or your team.
Patient information is submitted to our HIPAA compliant secure portal by the prescriber via electronic submission. Once we have the data, we will review it and reach out with our findings as soon as possible.
Should additional information be required following your initial submission, the provider will be notified as soon as possible. If information is complete and we have everything we need, the provider is notified the information has been submitted to the insurance plan for final review. Regardless, providers are kept in the loop with up-to-date information every step of the InCircle Review process.
Review results are available via the secure portal on a patient-specific basis. Results will include potential differential diagnoses, as well as treatment suggestions.
Submitted cases are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours, but guidelines for turnaround time can be structured to meet provider needs and insurance plan requirements.
There are multiple options available to securely transmit results to the appropriate stakeholder, but the most common include portal look-up and secure e-mail. If you need the data transmitted in a different format, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
